reblog to tell a 14 year old that these are the very, very hard years and they’re not wrong to feel the way they do.
I had a fifteen minute long crying session yesternight over the fact that all I was 10 years ago, at the ripe old age of 14, is lost and lonely, and now, at 24, I am neither and that filled me with so much gratitude
reblog to tell a teenager that these aren’t actually the best years of your life and that things can and will get better when you have independance and maybe are away from your situation right now.

Are you doing okay? We missed you at the devil’s sacrament. He mentioned you by name. Everyone was looking around and cheering until we realized you weren’t there. If you need to talk I’m always here. At the aforementioned devil’s sacrament.

“if we can’t remove people from a space based on sex or gender, how do we make sure people in the group stay safe from assholes?” if you can have an enforceable “no men” rule in a queer space you could probably have an enforceable “no assholes” rule instead. it’s pretty easy actually. it’s actually easier to tell if someone is an asshole based on their actions than their gender, in my experience.

Today, November 20th, is Trans Day of Remembrance, a day meant to honor the memory of trans people who were lost to transphobic violence. We remember and mourn for those we’ve lost, and will continue to work towards a world without transphobic violence.
